Who we are
Stories of PHADKE HOSPITAL
Throughout the challenging times of COVID-19,our staff showed unwavering dedication and commitment. We maintained our services without closure, ensuring continuous care for our patients. The selfless efforts of our staff were truly remarkable as many of them stayed in the hospital for extended periods, sacrificing time with their families to prioritise patient care and to help those in need during the pandemic. The day of 12th July,1961 will always remain etched in Pune's memory. During the floods our nursing home faced the challenge of managing the admitted patients which mainly included young children and newly delivered mothers.
Despite the difficult circumstances Dr and Dr Mrs Phadke along with their staff ensured the patients were quickly shifted to the top floor which was their own residence. They were provided home-cooked meals and continued medical care.
It was a time of great resilience and dedication as the staff worked tirelessly to provide comfort and care amidst the crisis
I wud like to stress on the fact that its a Legacy hospital…running for years.
So we can add a count of the number of kids born at Phadke hospital……and counting. 😊
About 10 to15 deliveries a month….over a span of 77 yrs
